Food for SOUL

Stays in my head

Lips try to say it

Whistling along is what I do;

Will get you to move

Move your head or your hip

You will fall for it,

Words along put some sense

Without which is also good;

Anything makes it-

Everyone likes it to be

Served differently,

Tears pour or the faces grin

When it is right into our ears,

Life without this

Would seem to be dumb

Makes us deaf:

Don’t hear

Listen

Few call it waves

Others Music

But My Soul eats it

God?How many of have discovered Him?But does he actually exist.In some ways all of do believe in His existence.

Athiests who don’t belive in Him,to disprove His existence have to intially belive in Him and only after unsatisfactory analysis choose to “ignore” His presence but this doesn’t account to not believing in His presence.

So now considering all of us know about His presence,we should even try to know what He actually is.

According to  me,GOD is a step ahead of being good.If you saw a statue of any Hindu diety,it shows the Lord being in perfect physical shape,smiling implying on how happy He is and decorated in beautiful attire.

And we just go to temple to get some peace where we cannot find else where.Well the meaning lies right there.We need to go to a Temple to remind us how Godly we have to be.We have to learn to maintain health,stay happy in all times,lead a beautiful life and then when we have done all of that the Temple is the environment around me in which I live.We are GODs of our own lives.

So the next question is:Why would we need GOD if I were to be Him eventually?

God is one who sets those Standards.He is to lead us into us discovering Him.Without Him we wouldn’t know how to find Him in us.Without Him,we wouldn’t know what is evil or good.He is to enchance ur good to GOD.

If you are Good you can be GOD too.

What are the prerequisites for being “spiritual”……it is just that one needs to have believe in HIM, has to visit the temple very often and pray to the Lord when in trouble. And then you get yourself a tag of being spiritual or you don’t? Well this is what I thought being Spiritual was. Now I know that I was completely wrong in thinking so.

Thinking that most of us didn’t realise(at least I didn’t sometime back) there is “spirit” and “ritual” in Spiritual should give a vague picture of what it is all about. The ‘ritual of the spirits’;and of course its one’s own spirit got nothing to do with black magic or anything of that sorts. But that isn’t even even the complete meaning of it. One has to be Spiritual,its a feeling not even an emotion like others.Its a state of mind whose presence can be felt in every part of one’s life once that feeling is attained.

So how does one go about being Spiritual?Simple.All you got to do is get in touch with your soul.Going all over your heads?To make it simple: You would surely be knowing that one can get lost when you listen to music that you love a lot.Head-banging to Metal is one such experience of Spirituality.All you care about is that music and not even how you are banging your head(even against someone else’s).We don’t care if we are shy or introverts or failures or rich.We just want to have that feeling, that great feeling which carries along for a longer time even if you are out of that state of mind, affecting everything else in your life.

Head banging=Meditation

Trust me on this.There is no difference.Instead of hard metal noise people do the JAAP or like the Buddhists, who prefer silence to meditate.The end result is the same.You attain more energy(Ever thought how one can head-bang for so long being at the same place?or how the Monks can bare such cold weather without food?) and you feel great.But head-banging I would say is a very prelimnary form of Meditation and when you get there you won’t need to Meditate.And most importantly you need to give up those few little habits of yours.

PS:Somehow they got a negative effect on one getting to that state.

You can’t be GOD so be GOOD.
